I have developed a very safe and relaxing way to guide you to your inner world. My objective is to assist you to find anything stopping you from being your Authentic Self and to ultimately find your joyful loving space. You will be able to find "old" baggage you have been carrying around unconsciously for most of your life. As these old beliefs are released, you begin to feel, act and even look younger! Being assisted by my creativity and intuition, I interact energetically with my clients. I incorporate many learned modalities such as Reiki, shamanic energy and my new form of Hypnotherapy. I find my clients are able to connect at a deeper level allowing more insight for them to begin finding a healthier version of themselves and their Truth.
CHANGE BELIEFS:
This hypnosis session can be very revealing as you meet your inner world of sub-personalities. According to transpersonal psychology, within everyone are sub-personalities that reflect both your strengths and weaknesses. These parts carry your unconscious beliefs that make most of your decisions in life. Here is one example, I have worked with many people who had an unconscious belief that would guide them to avoid getting too close to people because they were continually hurt by them. This pattern reveals the connection to an unconscious belief which can clearly effect any personal relationship. Once the belief is found and light is shed on it, it looses its "power" over you and your life. Together we can gently and effectively change the belief to something healthier to bring more authenticity and empowerment to your life!

This
hypnosis session can be a very empowering inner journey. By
gently going within, you can meet your guides and inner
wisdom. Within everyone is their spiritual guidance
awaiting to share its voice. Together we can create a
connection to your inner guidance to befriend and listen to
it. Thus allowing them to be a part of your every day life.
Then you can fully embrace the idea that you are never
"really alone."

SPIRITUAL
REGRESSION:
This
hypnosis session can take you to any place in this life or
a past life where you may have gotten emotionally stuck
from a trauma, physically stuck from a sickness, or any
challenging dynamic that deeply affected you. When a
situation is too much for your mind to embrace, you invite
your protector called your Ego to come in and take care of
you. Then it is your Ego's job to keep you from ever
feeling that disturbing feeling again. By keeping you safe,
it also is committed to keep you small. By going back to
this event again, you can see it with mature adult eyes and
naturally let it go. Then you can begin to allow more of
your authentic self to emerge.
